Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns of finished jewelry since all items are custom-made.
If you are not satisfied with your loose stone purchase, we will give you full credit for the stone but shipping both to you and for returned stones is the purchaser’s responsibility provided these procedures are followed:
- Return must be shipped no later than 10 days from the original invoice date.
- Returned merchandise must be sent in its original condition and packaging; including envelopes, parcel paper and certificates. Merchandise should be securely packaged and insured. We are not responsible for returns that are damaged in transit.
- Please include a copy of the original invoice with the returned items. Please note the REASON for the return.
- Merchandise returned without following the procedures above may be charged a service fee of $35.00 to re-certify the stone.
